This position would typically suited to a senior Process Analyst who is able to perform tasks of high complexity and difficulty. Such individual could also manage and train other team members and lead projects.

The Position
The successful candidate must be self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work within a delivery focused team using initiative and drive to complete tasks with competing priorities.

 

Tasks include but not limited to;

 
·        
Assisting with the development of Business Solutions, from identification and requirements gathering to solution testing and documentation

·        Experience in developing and delivering training such as SharePoint, MS Office, DocuSign, etc.

·        Providing feedback on continuous improvement of processes and procedures

·        Supporting Business locations across Australia

·        Develops solutions to business and related technology problems.

·        Support SharePoint features such as Workflows, Site Creation/Maintenance, Nintex, Access

         Management, etc.

·        Troubleshooting hardware & software issues as part of the IT team

·        Experience with Collaboration Technologies. E.g., Skype / Zoom / etc.

·        Awareness of new technologies

·        Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·        Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, etc.)

·        Demonstrated work experience in Information Technology related positions

·        Strong communication both written and verbal

·        Technical knowledge of client environment

·        Demonstrated ability to gather information, evaluate and process

·        Ability to liaise with all Stakeholders

·        Able to complete field tasks, sometimes within harsh environments

·        Ability to set priorities and work independently, adhering to company processes and procedures
