The Company:

Our client, a leading engineering company that specialises in the Defence Maritime, Antarctic Shipping and Oil and Gas Industries, currently has a great opportunity for experienced Insulators to be involved in an exciting maritime defence project.  

The Role:

Due to an exciting defence project, we are recruiting for experienced Insulators to commence ASAP.
This is a great opportunity to work with a close knit team with interesting and unique work.  This position will be located at Osborne and an attractive hourly rate will be paid.
Our client has a strong focus on quality and safety.  We are looking to source employees who understand the value of commitment to a safe workplace and the importance of quality outcomes.

About You:

To be eligible to apply, you must be an Australian Citizen. 

Initially a short term requirement, strong candidates may be identified  for potential long term ongoing future opportunities.

To be considered for this role, you must be experienced in and/or able to demonstrate the below:
  • The ability to physically lift heavy loads
  • Must have a white card
  • Experience in and an ongoing desire to assist to maintain a safe work environment
  • The ability to work well in a team environment
  • The desire to follow all business management procedures that relate to this position
  • The capability to take both written and verbal instructions
  • The capability and desire to maintain OH&S standards
  • A sound work ethic with a good attendance and punctuality record
 
Previous experience as an Insulator, white card and confined spaces ticket would be highly regarded.
