Job description

This position is required to work on a full time basis (Monday and Friday of each week) and offers a solid 6 month contract.

You will be responsible for answer incoming calls, assisting with queries and directing to appropriate personnel, carrying out data entry and record maintenance tasks, along with the below key elements required for the position.  

Ideally the successful applicant will posses the following: 
  • Previous reception and generalist administration experience.
  • Data entry attention to detail.
  • Processing invoices for payment, credit card entries and reconciliation.
  • Strong focus on safety and efficiency, adhering to all policies and procedures as directed.
  • Ability to communicate with a range of internal personnel including managers, logistics and other administrative staff.
To commence immediately, you must be able to provide a clear laboratory drug and alcohol screen and a National Police Clearance.  You must be residing in Kalgoorlie with current Australian work rights to be considered.
