Our client is looking for an experienced individual to be a part of a State Government agency's Legal and Property Services department team based in Perth on 6-month, full time assignment.

Role Description
- Conduct legal research, investigations, and provide briefings.
- Produce high-quality written communication and detailed reports.
- Build and enhance relationships with stakeholders.
- Assist with project management tasks.
- Support the drafting and interpretation of contracts and agreements.
- Excellent Communication and Writing Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Project Support or Management Experience: Proven track record in managing or supporting projects.
- Contract Interpretation Expertise: Skilled in interpreting and understanding contracts and agreements.
- Legal/Paralegal Experience: Background in legal or paralegal work, particularly in real estate or commercial property management, is highly desired.
