Job Opportunity: LMS Contractor Support
DFP Perth are seeking an experienced LMS Contractor Support to engage on a temporary 4 month contract with an Energy providing client.
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Length: 4 months
Hours: Part time - 7.5 hours a day, 4 days a week.
Location: Bentley
Pay Rate: Open to Market

Key Tasks:
- Administration of the Cornerstone learning management system
- Transformation of course content into eLearning modules using authoring software
- Management of service requests and inquiries from end users
- Collaboration with stakeholders to update or introduce new items in the catalogue
- Provision of operational support to training coordinators
- Troubleshoot system errors and collaborate with support consultants to identify and test solutions
- Generate and manage reports to aid in recurring processes like career development and course completions
- Continuously improve and update system configurations
- Training session set up including room bookings and organizing catering
While specific experience with the Cornerstone LMS is preferred, we are open to candidates who possess the ability to learn the system with our guidance and support. In such cases, the ideal candidate should have:
- Technical proficiency and experience using other systems (LMS or otherwise)
- Problem-solving skills to work through challenges
- Strong collaboration skills
- Adaptability to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills
