Our client in the superannuation industry, is looking for people to assit in their Member Benefits team.

Located in Milton, our client is offering flexibility with hours and work from home opportunities - this is rare!


About the role:
The Member Payments Representative is responsible for processing benefit payments and engaging customers so that payments are processed accurately and efficiently. They ensure that payments are compliant with business rules and legislation to minimise risk for their business.
  • Obtaining information and documentation from their members to enable payments to be processed quickly and correctly
  • Delivering the right solution for the member and the business 
  • Processing payments in accordance with procedural and cycle time requirements, whilst ensuring compliance, legislative and risk requirements are met

About the successful applicants:
These roles would suit candidates with experience in financial services, payments processingand data entry.
  • Quick learner, excellent communication skills, suit someone who likes to be busy
  • Collaborative team member, get in and get it done approach
  • Positive can do attitude essential
  • Experienc in a super fun or banking are adventageous but not essential

Initally being offered till the end of financial year, these roles will be extended for the right candidates.
