🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the release, support, and closure of tenders in partnership with procurement officers.
- Ensure correct notification of contracts and invoices.
- Liaise with stakeholders and support meetings, presentations, training sessions, and satisfaction surveys.
- Respond to enquiries via email, phone, and service tickets, offering Tier 1 procurement advice.
- Promote positive workplace culture through collaboration and top-notch service.
- Provide training to staff on core Service Desk functions.
- Draft and maintain standard operating procedures for Service Desk tasks.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with care and in line with relevant policies.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support team goals
✅ What You'll Need
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Experience in customer service or service desk roles, ideally within government or procurement
- A collaborative, team-first approach with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage sensitive information in line with policy
- A cleared Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
