We are seeking Project Managers & Officers at an ASO6-ASO7 level for our State Government client. Government experience is beneficial and these positions vary between 3- 6 months. A Working with Children’s Check and National Police Clearance is essential.
Project Manager
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in managing a HR review project.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing the project plan and ensuring timely execution
• Following up on outstanding or overdue tasks
• Generating reports for the Board and Executive Team
• Supporting additional project duties as required
Essential skills/experience:
• Proven project management experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Project software
Project Officers
The Project Officers will assist with improving the experience for internal and external HR customers.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting the review of HR resources
• Assisting with the design of an intranet site
• Developing policies, procedures, guidelines, factsheets, FAQs, and workflows
• Ensuring the organisation meets all White Ribbon requirements
Essential skills/experience:
• Strong background in HR
• Knowledge of policy and procedure development
• Excellent communication skills
• HR background (preferably with government experience)
• Supporting DEI initiatives (experience in DEI programs is desirable)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
