About the role
The Project Coordinator is a pivotal role within the Projects team, assisting the Project Managers in managing specific aspects of projects and providing support to the project managers and team. This position involves thorough organisation and planning of designated tasks, with a focus on administrative responsibilities to facilitate the delivery and quality of the group’s projects.
 
The key areas for consideration of this role are:
  • Project Management.
  • Contract Management.
  • Finance and Budgeting.
  • Safety WHS.
About you
You’ll come to this role with previous experience in a Projects Administration and/or Projects Co-ordination environments with aspirations of moving your career towards Project Management, ideally stemming from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 company. You’ll be an effective communicator at ease with managing internal and external relationships from a customer centric viewpoint. Thrive in a team environment as the subject matter expert and be able demonstrate your expertise and knowledge through your previous experience.

  • Hold a current National Police Check (less than 6 months old).
