The Opportunity
An opportunity exists for an energetic team player who thrives in a busy environment to join their Property Management team. This opportunity will allow you to utilise your passion for people and administration to become a valuable member of the organisation. You must have completed the Agents Representative certification before commencing in this position.

The Position
A motivated self-starter, your commitment to the provision of effective and efficient property management will reward you with a challenging role where you will be responsible for
  •  Preparation of lease and contract documents for residential properties
  •  Coordinating maintenance between landlords, tenants, and service providers
  •  Routine, ingoing, and outgoing property inspections & reporting
  •  Attend open house and property viewings
  •  Advertising properties for lease
  •  Liaise with internal and external stakeholders i.e.., Local Government & legal representative
  •  Other administration task as required
So if you….       

 
Have experience in a similar role and possess an Agents Representative Certificate (or can complete asap)
  •  Have experience in property law or compliance clauses enabling interpretation and ability to follow procedures
  •  Have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
  •  Are a courteous and respectful manner with great common sense
  •  Are organised, motivated and detail orientated
  •  Have excellent Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
  •  Have experience with data entry
