Job description

Our client, a leader in their field is currently looking for an experienced Quality Assurance and compliance Manager to join their team! 

The Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager will be engaging with internal and external stakeholders from all levels enabling delivery and a high performing engaged workforce.  
 
Your responsibilities will include: 
  • Support a QA program for monitoring quality activities
  • Accountability on performance and effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
  • Monitor and maintain our IMS [Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management system (ISMS)to ensure business accountabilities outcomes and standards continue to be delivered 
  • Provide specialist advice, mentoring and training to employees on quality management systems planning, process improvement, quality tools and techniques 
  • Develop IMS Manual 
  • Plan activities to ensure compliance stated under the ISO 9001:2015 & ISO27001:13 
  • Promote continual improvement in document management in pursuit of business excellence 
  • Develop, deploy, and manage an internal quality audit schedule across the business and coordinate external quality audits as required. 
  • Review and approve the ISMS documents. 
  • Guide the teams across ISMS related activities. 
  • Report to top management on the performance of the documented ISMS system as a basis for improvement of the ISMS system.
  • Establish control over document and data including documents of external origin. 
  • Inducting and training of employees about ISMS system and supporting broader Training Matrix/Program leveraging external training partners.
  • Enforcing security policy, compliance, auditing and incident response activities. 
  • Identifying new vulnerabilities, threats, planning mitigation and ensuring implementation of corresponding controls.  
To be successful for the role you will have: 
  • Relevant experience and/or Teritary qualification
  • Functional knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
  • Outstanding Communication both written and verbal
  • 5 years' experience in similar roles
  • Experience with supplier quality management, project management, change management, material master data government and or internal audit will be highly regarded.
  • Training expertise – delivery, design, and documentation
  • Core compliance expertise and delivery of controls
