Job description

We are seeking a professional and experienced Receptionist/Administrator for one of our corporate clients.

About the Role
You will serve as the first point of contact, delivering a professional and personable client service experience through:
  • Welcoming clients and managing front desk interactions
  • Handling and redirecting telephone enquiries
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring appropriate setup
  • Undertaking general administrative duties as required
 
About you
To be considered for this role, you will:
  • Have previous experience (of ideally 2 year minimum) in an administrative or receptionist role
  • Have a strong attention to detail and written accuracy
  • Be organised, personable and a problem-solver
  • Be able to remain calm under pressure and multi-task effectively
  • Enjoy working in a team and collaboratively with a range of peers and coworkers
  • Enjoy ongoing learning, and are receptive to constructive feedback
