Recruitment Administrator – Perth CBD – ASAP start - 3-months with possible extension - Hybrid / Flexible Work Environment

We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator for an exciting opportunity in Perth CBD for a 3-month casual contract with a possible extension.

Rate: Negotiable based on successful candidates’ experience
Hours: Full-time (open to part-time for right candidate)
Location: Perth CBD / 2 days WFH available after probation period
Duration: 3 months with possible extension
Type: Temporary casual contract (no leave entitlements – casual loading included in rate)

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Administrator to support our growing talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational and customer service skills and a passion for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support across the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate calendars, and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
  • Assist with drafting job advertisements and posting to relevant platforms
  • Manage reference checks and onboarding documentation
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and policies
About You
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Pre-Employment Requirements
  • Full working rights within Australia
  • Ability to obtain a clean National Police Clearance
