Recruitment Consultant – Perth CBD – ASAP Start - Hybrid / Flexible Work Environment
We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator for an exciting opportunity in Perth CBD for a 3-month casual contract with a possible extension.
Rate: Negotiable based on successful candidates’ experience
Hours: Full-time (open to part-time for right candidate)
Location: Perth CBD / 2 days WFH available after probation period
Duration: 3 months with possible extension
Type: Temporary casual contract (no leave entitlements – casual loading included in rate)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various white-collar roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using multiple platforms
- Write and post job ads to attract top talent
- Provide market insights and workforce solutions to clients
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets
- Demonstrated experience within recruitment
- Experience within government highly advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Proficiency in recruitment systems and sourcing tools
- A commercial mindset and genuine passion for talent matching
- Full working rights within Australia
- Ability to obtain a clean National Police Clearance
