The role
 
We are seeking applications from experienced Recruitment Consultants and/or Resourcers for a temporary period to assist with volume screening, assessment and general recruitment activities.  Initially for a period of 6-8 weeks, there may also be the opportunity for a further extension.
DFP work with clients across a broad range of public sector and commercial businesses. We provide temporary workforce solutions and source permanent talent for our clients. Reporting to the Branch Manager - Adelaide, this role will assist the Adelaide team with recruitment activities across nationally contracted key accounts and locally acquired clients. No two days are the same! About you

We are looking for experienced Consultants/Resourcers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and who enjoy the challenge of juggling multiple priorities.
 
To enable us to meet service level deadlines, you will be comfortable with changing priorities and have a ‘make it happen’ mindset.
Skills and experience required:
  • Previous recruitment experience ideally in an agency setting
  • A professional phone manner with the ability to simultaneously combine keyboard capability with verbal interaction
  • The ability to work quickly and efficiently with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
  • A confident, decisive and consistent work style
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound computer literacy and keyboard skills
