Our Volume Projects team are responsible for the delivery of highly tuned programs that include some of the largest graduate intakes through to smaller, specialised methodology and processes. As Recruitment Project Manager, you will be responsible for the robust delivery of timely talent acquisition targets whilst being able to optimise, design and deliver process and methodology for large scale projects. As the project lead, you will have proven capacity to coordinate multiple projects, liaise effectively with our client partners and ensure the efficient delivery of all recruitment projects.


Key responsibilities;
  • Project delivery in line with client agreements, including diversity measure, timelines and communication
  • Managing the candidate experience and candidate workflow utilising e-recruit and/or other systems
  • Project implementation, management and administration
  • Reporting and analysis to ensure proactive planning, course correction and effective adaptation and collaboration with team and client partners.
 What you will bring to the role;

  • Previous agency volume recruitment project management/or similar experience (desirable)
  • Experience with Federal Government processes
  • A solid understanding of recruitment methodology, assessments and technology
  • Proven ability in liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to identify and propose solutions where required
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel and other recruitment platforms
  • Demonstrated resilience and strategies to cope with changing parameters, tight deadlines and unexpected issues
