Position Overview:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our pool of contact centre candidates for a range of temporary and permanent opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
