Are you a Certificate III Air Conditioning and Refrigeration mechanic with 10+ years experience, looking for more than just a number on a payroll? Join a family-owned and operated business where your skills are valued, your growth is supported, and the work is varied and rewarding.

We’re proud to have a strong customer base built over years of servicing dairy farms, food businesses, and air conditioning clients throughout the Gippsland region. From milk vats and dairy cooling systems to commercial refrigeration and cutting-edge air conditioning, you’ll get the opportunity to work with a range of systems and technologies — including energy-efficient cooling and remote monitoring systems.

What We Offer:
  • Ongoing, stable work with long-standing clients
  • A tight-knit and supportive crew
  • Opportunities for training, development, and upskilling
  • Exposure to new and innovative technologies
  • Monthly Rostered Day Off (RDO)
  • On-call allowances and overtime available
  • Work that makes a real difference in our local region
You’ll Need:
  • Refrigerant Handling Licence (RAC01)
  • D Class Restricted Electrical Workers Licence
  • Construction White Card
  • Ability to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • A great work ethic, a team-first attitude, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, values teamwork, and wants to be part of a business where they’re more than just a number. Based in Trafalgar, this is your chance to enjoy regional life while working on exciting, meaningful projects.
