Job description

We are seeking for an immediate start an experienced Senior/Accounts Administrator, as well as an Accounts Assistant.

These roles are 5 days a week (8am – 5pm), however, are open to negotiation for the right candidates.

Tasks involved across the two roles include;
  • General reception duties; answering phone, greeting visitors, signing for incoming deliveries.
  • Data Entry; MYOB, MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Accounts Payable; invoice matching, account coding, entry to MYOB and statements (end of month Reconciliations).
  • Maintaining office supplies and staff amenities.
  • Site entry and other travel bookings.
  • Other administrative duties; filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Assisting other Office Administration staff and the Operations Manager.
  • Payroll.
  • Debtors Invoices.
  • Managing 30days accounts.
  • Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations.
  • BAS Reporting.
Our client is looking for;
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Adaptability; able to work in a fast-paced environment at times.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work alone, as well as part of a team.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Current Driver's Licence - C Class.
  • Prior experience with MYOB preferred; particularly with data entry of creditor invoices.
You must be residing in Kalgoorlie with current Australian Work Rights and relevant experience to be considered.
