- Proven experience in vessel safety or related regulated industries (e.g., road, air, maritime)
They are seeking 2 x Senior Business Analysts to support a range of high-priority regulatory projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering business analysis and business solution design
- Developing high-level and detailed functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, and scenarios
- Analysing and mapping business processes, user pathways, and information flows
- Acting as the conduit between stakeholders, project teams, and IT resources
- Supporting legislative change through business requirements and solutions
- Producing high-quality documentation, including guidelines, process maps, and procedures
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across IT
- Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering business analyst services in Federal or State Government projects
- Proven experience in technical writing, including requirements, guidelines, process maps, and procedures
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and build effective relationships
- Holds a Business Analyst certification aligned with relevant industry standards
- Experience supporting solutions that enable legislative or regulatory change
- Demonstrated experience working in vessel safety, or in comparable regulated industries (e.g. road, air, maritime)
