Senior Property Lease Officer
6-Month Contract | Full-Time Hours
Location: Perth WA
Hourly rate: $50-$55 per hour + super. Temporary casual contract (no leave entitlements – casual loading included in rate)

About the Role
As a Senior Property Lease Officer, you will oversee the operational and strategic management of lease and licence agreements across a diverse property portfolio. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate, implement, and manage agreements that align with asset management strategies, enhance operational efficiency, and support long-term organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage lease and licence agreements, ensuring compliance and alignment with asset management strategies.
- Negotiate and implement agreements that optimise property portfolio performance.
- Oversee Licences to Occupy (LTOs), Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), and co-location arrangements.
- Provide expert advice and support to internal teams on property-related matters.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with government standards.
- Demonstrated experience in managing lease and licence agreements across a diverse property portfolio.
- Proven ability to develop, review, negotiate, and implement agreements aligned with strategic and operational goals.
- Experience managing LTOs, MOUs, and co-location arrangements within a government or corporate environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and government property frameworks.
