Job description

Shared Services Administrator – Goulburn

  • Goulburn + WFH (Working 5 days for 1 month for training then hybrid, minimum 2 days a week after that week)
  • $42.26 per hour + Super
  • Monday – Friday, 7 hrs a day, 35 hrs per week
  • ASAP - 15/07/2024
  • Accounts Receivable or transactional admin background preferred

Primary Purpose of the Role:
You will be responsible for responding to multi-channel customer enquiries at first contact, as well as to process transactions using defined processes, computer systems, telephony & technology solutions to support the effective delivery of services to a range of internal & external customers.


Key Accountabilities:
  • High volume of invoice processing and transactional admin-based work
  • Communicating with customers in a courteous & empathetic manger, demonstrating a willingness to assist
  • Processing a range of transactions across the service line accurately & efficiently
  • Resolve first-contact enquiries from internal customers & external vendor, public & industry enquiries
  • Working cooperatively within a team, helping to achieve objectives through information sharing, continuous improvement & capability development.

About You:
  • Accounts Receivable or transactional admin background preferred
  • Admin background transactional admin-based work.
  • Experience with invoice processing. 
  • Based in close proximity to Goulburn
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-centric service organisation including but not limited to contact centres, service centres, shared services, corporate or managed service environments.
  • Experience using computer-based systems & ability to learn new systems.
