Our client is committed to providing outstanding value and service to retailers and supply partners.  The organisation is founded on the values of trust and transparency across all that they do.  As the stakeholder Engagement Specialist, you will develop and maintain trusted relationships with partners, suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive performance and outcomes to achieve strategic business goals. 
Reporting to the General Manager – Partner Performance, this purpose of this largely autonomous role is to develop, coordinate and manage the delivery of stakeholder engagement, communications and BDA & Marketing initiatives, that promote the organisations vision & strategy, through delivering effective engaging messages, maintaining & enhancing strong growth partnerships with our Partners and other stakeholders

In addition, some of your key responsibilities will include:
 
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Develop and manage stakeholder engagement strategies to support the delivery of the strategic plan, delivering partner performance everyday
  • Develop, coordinate and manage the engagement events, BDA and marketing initiatives building strength in partnerships and enhance growth opportunities
  • Manage internal stakeholder communications for the team to maintain a high level of engagement and awareness of strategic business activities and events for partners
  • Oversee and coordinate the successful outcomes of the key account and plan key activities
  • Manage the stakeholder engagement and actions required to proactively procure products, implement key activities/training and plan for segments in the 4-24 month planning window as per WinRural’s segment calendar
  • Own the success of the Partner relationships along with the General Manager- Partner Performance through delivering on promised outcomes
Communications
  • Initiate, develop and coordinate all key marketing initiatives alongside our partner marketing agency for Partner requirements (campaigns/ catalogue)
  • Mange the communication and distribution of all customer quotes and promotional offers in a timely manner
Ideally, the successful candidate will have strong relationship management skills, with the ability to translate strategic concepts into pragmatic, commercially orientated business initiatives.  With a strong service mindset, you have proven experience in customer relationship/key account roles and excellent written and verbal communication skills.  In addition, you will demonstrate:
  • Functional knowledge of the Australian agriculture market (preferred)
  • Tertiary Qualification (e.g. Business or other relevant field)
  • Significant experience in stakeholder engagement and communications
  • Strong track record of operational and process improvement
  • Open driver’s license.
