This role presents a rare opportunity for an experienced manager to lead the Canberra business. With a diverse portfolio of clients, existing supplier agreements and a mix of temporary placements and large-scale recruitment projects the business is growing year on year. Reporting to the CEO (based in Melbourne) and supported by a national corporate team, this role offers a true blend of tactical operational and broader business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Overseeing budgeting, financial planning, and monitoring financial performance.
- Team Leadership: Providing leadership and coaching to employees, including hiring, training and support.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks to the business and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience in the Recruitment industry
- Key client relationship and account management experience
- Experience with managing on-hired / temporary placements
- Experience with volume recruitment project delivery
- Demonstrated success of managing a P&L
- Problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
