Our client is a leading force in large animal health in New Zealand and is now entering the Australian market. With a strong foundation in research, development, and innovation, they provide high-performance animal health solutions tailored to the agricultural sector. Their sales approach reflects the same forward-thinking mindset—strategic, technically focused, and relationship-driven.

We are currently seeking a motivated and technically skilled Animal Health Sales Representative to join their expanding Australian team as Territory Manager – Victoria. This role is ideal for someone passionate about agricultural sales, engaging with producers and resellers, and committed to safety. It’s a rare opportunity to play a key role in establishing and growing a premium brand presence across Victoria.

As the Territory Manager, you will be the primary representative of the business in Victoria. Your responsibilities will include executing a focused and targeted sales strategy, cultivating strong relationships with agricultural resellers, progressive farmers, veterinarians, and key industry stakeholders. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, providing technical product support, and upholding rigorous standards of safety and administrative excellence.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development
  • Manage your territory using a highly targeted and structured approach
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Achieve/exceed sales targets outlined in the annual business plan
  • Deliver technical presentations and product education
  • Use CRM to track and optimise client engagement
  • Gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities
Technical Support
  • Deliver product demonstrations and trials
  • Stay up to date with product and industry knowledge
  • Collaborate with our technical team to resolve customer issues
Administration & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and complete admin tasks promptly
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and submit expenses as required
Occupational Health & Safety
  • Adhere strictly to OH&S protocols
  • Maintain safe driving practices at all times
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks and complete driver safety training
  • Ensure safe handling and transport of all product materials
What You Bring:

Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in animal health or agri/vet sales
  • Tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record

Additional Information
