From the initial stage of candidate application management, DFP’s assessment approach incorporates a battery of tools selected to observe performance relating to specific competencies identified for success. Our assessment tools provide rich sources of information and include behavioural assessments, psychometric testing and a series of exercises that simulate aspects of a role so that candidate behaviour can be observed, recorded and evaluated.
