Our primary initial shortlisting tool includes a series of behavioural questions designed to explore candidate experience, educational level, skills, abilities and suitability for your role.
DFP utilises the telephone behaviourally based interview that will take between 15 to 25 minutes depending on the position and candidate calibre. Telephone interviewing provides our Consulting Team the opportunity to identify candidates who meet your specific criteria and assist those who do not match to consider alternative career options.
Candidates who successfully complete the telephone interview are invited to attend the next stage of the recruitment process, an interview or Assessment Centre, at DFP.
Our dedicated Consultants are able to notify candidates to schedule them for interviews or Assessment Centres or this can be scheduled via our online booking system.
