Organisations operate in environments characterised by rapid technological disruption, globalisation, and shifting societal expectations. Technical expertise alone is insufficient because many challenges facing leaders today are adaptive — they don’t have clear, pre-existing solutions. Adaptive Leadership helps leaders diagnose what type of challenge they face and mobilise people to experiment, learn, and adapt rather than rely on old playbooks.

Bendelta’s (a top Australian leadership advisory firm) Strive 2025 Survey showed that adaptive leadership is top of the list of development priorities for organisations. While building adaptive capacity is not new, what is new is that this need was expressed for all leaders not just executives, as businesses and organisations grapple with multiple challenges and disruptive forces.

Join us for a highly interactive session exploring the core practices of Adaptive Leaders and discover how to mobilise people to tackle tough challenges and thrive.

  • Explore the core practices of Adaptive Leadership

  • Learn how to diagnose adaptive vs. technical challenges

  • Practice strategies for mobilising others through complexity and change

  • Gain practical tools to lead adaptively in your own context

This session is for leaders who want to deepen their impact and build the capacity to thrive amid disruption.

Partnering with DFP was an incredibly positive experience. From the outset, they were proactive, professional and took the time to understand my background and career aspirations as a leader within the Mental Health sector. What truly impressed me was their insight into the healthcare sector and their strong connections with reputable employers, particularly within the Federal Government space. DFP not only helped me secure a role with long term potential but also provided a level of service that made the entire process stress free and rewarding. I highly recommend them to any clinician seeking meaningful and impactful work.

As a Federal Government agency delivering critical mental health services, it is essential that we have access to highly qualified, adaptable and dependable staff. DFP has consistently delivered on this requirement, providing us with highly suitable labour hire candidates who are not only clinically skilled but also aligned with the values required for our clients. They are responsive, reliable and we look forward to continuing our partnership.

Mel supported me every step of the way. Her genuine care, encouragement and personal touches made what could have been a daunting process feel supportive and empowering. Thanks to DFP, I have found a role that is a perfect match for my values and skills.

Elizabeth, Client

From the very beginning, my DFP Consultant Mel was extremely helpful and always available to answer any question I had throughout the recruitment process. I received regular updates, often without even needing to ask, and felt genuinely cared for as an individual.
