Driving Performance Through Accelerated Trust

Successful teamwork is built on a foundation of trust. As an essential element in team productivity, when trust is in place each individual in the team becomes stronger. Without trust, regardless of how capable or talented your people are, they may never reach their full potential.

Through this session, participants will:

  • Understand what trust is and is not

  • Reflect on their personal levels of trust

  • Understand the individuality of trust as a personality variable

  • Explore the importance of trust within organisations and teams

  • Devise strategies to accelerate trust within their teams and organisations

This interactive session will enable participants to understand the role trust plays in the development and performance of effective teams. We will provide the opportunity for leaders to explore how their team can build the trust it needs to flourish.

Partnering with DFP was an incredibly positive experience. From the outset, they were proactive, professional and took the time to understand my background and career aspirations as a leader within the Mental Health sector. What truly impressed me was their insight into the healthcare sector and their strong connections with reputable employers, particularly within the Federal Government space. DFP not only helped me secure a role with long term potential but also provided a level of service that made the entire process stress free and rewarding. I highly recommend them to any clinician seeking meaningful and impactful work.

DFP has been a reliable and professional partner in supporting our workforce needs. As a Federal Government agency delivering critical mental health services, it is essential that we have access to highly qualified, adaptable and dependable staff. DFP has consistently delivered on this requirement, providing us with highly suitable labour hire candidates who are not only clinically skilled but also aligned with the values required for our clients. They are responsive, reliable and we look forward to continuing our partnership.

Gail, Client

From the very first contact, Mel at DFP Health made me feel at ease. She took the time to understand not only my professional skills but also my passion for Indigenous mental health. Mel supported me every step of the way. Her genuine care, encouragement and personal touches made what could have been a daunting process feel supportive and empowering. Thanks to DFP, I have found a role that is a perfect match for my values and skills.

Ashleigh, Candidate

We have used DFP services three times now over the past few months and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided each time. Thank you.

Elizabeth, Client

From the very beginning, my DFP Consultant Mel was extremely helpful and always available to answer any question I had throughout the recruitment process. I received regular updates, often without even needing to ask, and felt genuinely cared for as an individual.
