Being a team is much more than just sitting next to a group of people at work. To be a true high performance team all members of the team must

leverage the talents of the team and regularly collaborate to deliver

exponential results.

At the completion of this session participants will…

  • Gain insight into the development of teams and how to effectively manage difficult stages of team maturity.

  • Understand how to assess the functioning and performance of your team.

  • Gain helpful tips to improve team collaboration.

  • Help you plan to take your team from its current position to the point where it can rightfully be called a ‘high performance team’.

This highly practical session will challenge your perceptions of what

teamwork means and give you the opportunity to reflect on how your team operates and understand what you can do to influence the working of your team to improve its performance.

Partnering with DFP was an incredibly positive experience. From the outset, they were proactive, professional and took the time to understand my background and career aspirations as a leader within the Mental Health sector. What truly impressed me was their insight into the healthcare sector and their strong connections with reputable employers, particularly within the Federal Government space. DFP not only helped me secure a role with long term potential but also provided a level of service that made the entire process stress free and rewarding. I highly recommend them to any clinician seeking meaningful and impactful work.

Maggie, Candidate

DFP has been a reliable and professional partner in supporting our workforce needs. As a Federal Government agency delivering critical mental health services, it is essential that we have access to highly qualified, adaptable and dependable staff. DFP has consistently delivered on this requirement, providing us with highly suitable labour hire candidates who are not only clinically skilled but also aligned with the values required for our clients. They are responsive, reliable and we look forward to continuing our partnership.

Ben, Client

Mel is an absolute pleasure to work with and provided us with an array of highly skilled Mental Health Clinicians and personable candidates. I cannot recommend Mel and DFP more highly.

Gail, Client

From the very first contact, Mel at DFP Health made me feel at ease. She took the time to understand not only my professional skills but also my passion for Indigenous mental health. Mel supported me every step of the way. Her genuine care, encouragement and personal touches made what could have been a daunting process feel supportive and empowering. Thanks to DFP, I have found a role that is a perfect match for my values and skills.

Ashleigh, Candidate

We have used DFP services three times now over the past few months and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided each time. Thank you.

Elizabeth, Client

From the very beginning, my DFP Consultant Mel was extremely helpful and always available to answer any question I had throughout the recruitment process. I received regular updates, often without even needing to ask, and felt genuinely cared for as an individual.
