Job description

We have a well-known own and operated client seeking an experience administration/office support person to join their team here in Kalgoorlie. The Administration person is a key part of the office team and works to provide professional services to support effective service delivery and day-to-day functioning of the business.

Duties below not limited to:

•            Co-ordinate and carry out all reception duties

•            Prepare, record, and store all incoming supplier invoices

•            Management of Admin email inbox / Answering all incoming calls

•            On site Job allocation support 

•            Meet and greet clients and employees with exceptional customer service

•            Assisting with all equipment/vehicle management and maintenance

•            Uniform orders and management maintenance of stock

•            Management for all requirements for FIFO personnel




Experience:

•            Previous experience working in an administrative and/or reception role

•            Previous experience with the Microsoft Office and Accounts management

•            Intermediate computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets etc.

•            Excellent verbal and written communication methods with high attention to detail

•            Exceptional organisational and time management skills customer service skills

•            Ability to work independently

 

The Administration person is generally the first point of contact with the public. Therefore, it is essential that they are pleasant, courteous, highly professional, and able to interact with a diverse range of people. This applicant will work proficiently in a fast-paced environment, and closely with the Accounts and Office Manager.
