Job description

We are seeking a number of staff for administrative positions within the Insurance sector based in the CBD for an immediate start (Monday 26th May 2025).

Responsibilities will include:
  • Review historical travel insurance claims to identify errors, inconsistencies, or missed entitlements.
  • Reassess declined or partially paid claims in line with updated guidelines or remediation criteria.
  • Interpret and analyse detailed case notes, supporting documents, and claim outcomes.
  • Accurately calculate any owed amounts, including handling currency conversions.
  • Record remediation decisions with clear and detailed notes for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Navigate internal claims processing systems and tools to locate and update records.
  • Follow standard remediation processes and contribute to process improvements where applicable.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, compliance, medical assistance) to resolve complex cases.
  • Work to strict timelines and targets while maintaining high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Operate within a structured, high-volume environment requiring repetition and consistency.
Skills and Experience we are seeking:
  • Processing orders / claims
  • Experience working within a legislative framework
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving
  • Ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
On Offer:
  • Initially the duration will be five weeks with a strong possibility of extension 
  • $35.86 p/h + super + penalties outside of Monday to Friday, 7am and 7pm
  • Weekends required
  • Once training completed (1 week), will be required to work from home
