Job description
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Planning Consultant to support their Scheduling Team in the effective deployment of work across Metropolitan Australia. This role is pivotal in ensuring their technicians are allocated efficiently and customer satisfaction is consistently achieved. This is a six-month assignment starting end of July to the 1st week in August. This is an onsite role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain constant communication with technicians regarding job allocations.
- Follow up on incomplete or problematic jobs to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with Team Leaders, Management, and other departments.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Action re-bookings and cancellations efficiently.
- Work with the inbound call centre to maximise job opportunities.
- Manage job reservations and rebooking's.
- Monitor and respond to all communication channels, including emails.
- Strong ability to manage competing demands within tight timeframes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively within a team.
- Intermediate computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
