Job description

A 3 Month Contract opportunity has arisen for a technically minded and passionate candidate to join this amazing government organization playing an important role in the Priority Plumbing Works  department!
 
Commencing immediately, the successful candidate will be available to work Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (Tuesday, Thursday on site. Mon, Wed, Fri from home)
 
You will play an integral role in supporting the administration and overflow of customer services within the team.  
 
Your responsibilities will include:
  • High level of data entry and updating customer records
  • Attaching files, documents and photos within CRM
  • Maintenance of property data in partnership with external stakeholders
  • Support administration behind allocation of technicians and all subsequent daily requirements
  • Financial reporting and processing payments
  • Basic inbound and outbound customer service support (overflow of calls)
 
The ideal candidates will demonstrate:
  • Strong administration experience
  • High level customer service and problem-solving skill.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong technical capability Advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of plumbing industry advantageous
