DFP Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced ASO3 Administrative Officer to support one of our State Government clients within the health sector. This is a part-time contract role, working approximately two days per week (with flexibility to spread hours across three days if required, including school hours).
Based in North Adelaide, this role will provide essential administrative support to a small team, with a focus on reimbursements, coordination and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing reimbursements and invoices using Basware
- Supporting calendar management, meeting coordination and correspondence
- Managing enquiries via phone and email with a high level of professionalism
- Providing general administrative support, including data entry and document management
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external consumers as required
- Demonstrated experience in an ASO3 (or equivalent) administrative role
- HADID access and proven experience using Basware
- Excellent communication, engagement and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a health setting is highly regarded
- Current Working with Children Check
- National Police Check
