Job description

Join this government organisation as the face of their Melbourne office! Your role? Provide essential administration and organisation support across technology, corporate services, property, and security functions. The role is a temporary opportunity working for 12 weeks with the possibility to be extended! 

Here's what you'll be up to:
  • Manage administrative tasks like issuing security access cards and handling base building access.
  • Welcome and manage visitors according to our protocols.
  • Assist in creating regular reports on technology, security, and corporate support.
  • Handle invoicing for routine payments.
  • Support facility management by managing meeting room bookings and setting up meetings.
  • Ensure security compliance by supporting the security function in physical security matters.
Skills and experience
  • Experience in admin support, including managing meeting room bookings and processing invoices.
  • Proficiency in Office products like Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Understanding of property and security practices, including visitor management and access card provision.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Australian Citizenship required.
  • Successful applicants must have baseline security clearance.
