DFP Recruitment Perth are currently seeking an Administration Support Officer for a six month contract with our state government client in East Perth.
Duties:

Duties:
- Manage SQL database
- Verify and record monthly contractor payments in SQL database
- Develop and monitor monthly completion reports of works
- Review traffic management and line marking work requests from internal and external parties to estimate cost of works
- Respond to customer queries regarding work requests
- Complete site visits to verify completion of works
- Use of MS Word, Excel and Computer Databases (SQL) & excellent written communication
- Building and enhancing stakeholder relationships
- Knowledge of technical drawings / specifications – beneficial but not essential, in-house training will be provided
