We are seeking a dedicated AO2 Document Production Officer to deliver high-quality document production services across a large, professional organisation.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in a dynamic team, supporting the delivery of essential printing, scanning, binding, and document preparation services.
You’ll ensure critical documents are produced accurately, efficiently, and in line with client expectations.
 
This is a 3 month contract role, with the possibility to extend, for a State Government Department which is paying $38.90 p/h + super. This role is full time, five days per week in their Brisbane CBD office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete a wide range of document production tasks including print jobs (small and large scale), scanning, laminating, and various binding types (strip comb, wire, fast back).
  • Use Adobe Pro, Microsoft Office applications, and print drivers to prepare documents, including formatting with bookmarks and hyperlinks.
  • Perform basic maintenance on Multi-Function Devices (MFDs), such as resolving paper jams, replacing toner and staples.
  • Save and manage documents using internal filing systems such as eDOCS or shared drives.
  • Coordinate and deliver paper supplies throughout the office environment.
  • Manage workload and prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Adhere to established service standards and turnaround times.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive, solutions-focused work culture.
  • Follow workplace health and safety procedures, including manual handling practices.
  • Provide support across different teams and functions as required.
About You:
You will bring:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a print production or similar support role.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • A willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Confidence working independently and within a team.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
