Job description

Join a high-performing State Government team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. We are seeking two experienced and detail-focused Business Support Officers with exceptional Excel and data entry skills to assist in delivering critical back-office functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • High-volume, fast and accurate data entry with a focus on understanding data to minimise errors.
  • Assist with accounts payable/receivable and manage multiple mailboxes.
  • Provide business support including IT requests, fleet bookings, stationery and uniform coordination.
  • Process various document types efficiently while adapting to workload changes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Pro as core tools in daily tasks
Key Requirements:
  • Advanced Excel and Outlook skills; confident with Adobe Pro.
  • Previous experience in high-speed data entry roles essential.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced team.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Must be adaptable, proactive, and customer-focused.
