We currently have well-known local client, seeking a Senior Accounts Administrator, to manage their busy accounts team and develop junior team members.
Whether you have formal accounting qualifications or extensive hands-on experience this is a key leadership role for this well-respected mining support service.
This is a full-time residential role to Kalgoorlie.
Duties include but not limited to:
· Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll admin, and reconciliations
· Supervise a team of 5–6 admin staff across finance and office functions
· Provide day-to-day support, guidance, and training to junior team members
· Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and smooth office processes
· Be the go-to person for creditors, debtors, and finance queries onsite
To excel in this role, you should have:
· Strong working knowledge of accounting systems and office processes
· Experience supervising or mentoring a small team
· Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
· Excellent communicator who works well with others
· Cert IV in Accounting/Bookkeeping or higher preferred but not essential
· Onsite role only – No FIFO option

· Must be able to obtain a National Police Clearance
