About the Role:

Our State Government client is seeking a reliable and detail-focused AO3 Business Support Officer to join their team. This role provides high-quality administrative and business support to QBuild and its customers, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to QBuild and its clients.
  • Compile documents, update records, and generate reports with high accuracy, using Excel, MyQFleet, and other Microsoft Office products.
  • Support the Business Support Team with data entry, data analysis, work orders, newsletters, office maintenance, and fleet management tasks.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and moving around the office and local sites as required.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a positive contribution to workplace culture.
  • Manage enquiries and tasks proactively, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Support offsite field staff at Maryborough Correctional Centre.

Mandatory Requirements:
  • Corrective Services Security Clearance – Administrative Services.

Highly Desirable Skills:
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (daily use experience essential).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data.
  • Experience working in secure environments and interacting with tradespeople.
