IT Support / Customer Service Consultant

Work From Home | $43.00 per hour + Super

A well‑established, community‑based organisation is seeking an experienced and customer‑focused IT Support / Customer Service Consultant to provide support during the rollout of a newly implemented Learning Management System (LMS).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, has strong LMS and IT support experience, and is confident working remotely while delivering a high standard of service.

About the Role

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for members requiring assistance with the organisation’s new LMS platform. You will take inbound calls and provide clear, friendly, and effective support, ensuring members feel confident using the system.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing first‑level IT support to members via phone and other communication channels
  • Assisting users with LMS access, navigation, and general functionality
  • Troubleshooting common technical issues and system errors
  • Supporting members through the LMS deployment and adoption process
  • Escalating more complex technical issues where required
  • Delivering a consistently high level of customer service in every interaction
  • Accurately documenting issues, solutions, and user feedback
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Current, hands‑on experience supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • A strong background in IT support and customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A patient, empathetic, and solutions‑focused approach
  • Confidence working independently in a remote environment
  • Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Reliable availability and a commitment to remain for the full contract duration
