Key Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Basic accounts knowledge (desirable)
Key Duties:
- Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone enquiries within required timeframes
- Work effectively in a KPI-driven environment
- Liaise with industry professionals, suppliers, and stakeholders to support service delivery
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation using internal systems and Microsoft Office
- Provide administrative support, including handling enquiries and supporting senior staff when required
- Contribute to process improvements and maintain procedures, manuals, and registers
