Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SAS-based data solutions for analytics and reporting
- Develop, test, and optimise SAS programs for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
- Work with large and complex datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Optimise code for performance and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards
- Produce clear and maintainable documentation for code and workflows
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in analytics and reporting
- SAS Base, • SAS Macro • SAS/SQL • SAS Data Integration Studio • SAS Data Flux • SAS Enterprise Guide.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases
- Proven ability to handle large-scale data processing and manipulation
Methods & Tools
- Provide guidance on best practices, standards, and tool adoption
- Design, code, test, and maintain complex programs and data solutions
- Support release planning, scheduling, and deployment processes
- Design and manage software configurations for deployment
- Deliver robust designs for moderately complex applications and components
- Apply established standards, patterns, and tools
