Warehouse Officer – Full Time
Location: Kalgoorlie
Roster: 5/2, 4/3

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Officer to support safe, accurate and efficient warehouse operations within a heavy industry environment. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing and dispatching materials while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate warehouse activities in line with safety, environmental and quality standards
  • Receiving, issuing, stock control and dispatch of materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using an ERP system (Pronto preferred)
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with stocktakes
  • Ensure safe storage, housekeeping and compliance at all times
  • Support internal stakeholders by delivering materials to meet operational schedules
About You
  • Valid WA Manual Driver’s Licence
  • Must have a vehicle to deliver goods across the site
  • High Risk Work Licence (Forklift)
  • 3–5 years’ warehouse experience within mining, manufacturing or heavy industry
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident using inventory systems and Microsoft Office
  • Safety‑focused with a proactive, team‑oriented approach
  • National Police Check
Desirable
  • Certificate in Warehousing or Storage of Dangerous Goods
  • Experience in construction or processing plant environments
