Job description

Our State Government client is seeking an organised and proactive AO3 Communication Officer to join the CSM team on a temporary full-time basis. This role provides essential support across planning, pre-construction, and construction projects, producing high-quality communications and assisting with stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project webpages, The Hive pages, and analytic reports
  • Create and distribute project flyers, social media posts, and correspondence
  • Respond to low-level stakeholder enquiries and manage the 1800 phone line
  • Maintain stakeholder contact details, lot numbers, and consultation records
  • Assist with stakeholder meetings and provide administrative support to Program Engagement Officers
  • Support the team in delivering Northern District’s QTRIP commitments (2022–2026)

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and responding professionally to enquiries
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
