Oor State Governmenr client is seeking a full-time temporary AO3 Communication Supoport Officer to deliver exceptional support across planning, pre-construction, and construction projects. What You’ll Do
- Create high-quality communication materials: correspondence, flyers, social media posts, and web updates.
- Support stakeholder engagement for low-risk QTRIP projects.
- Develop and maintain project webpages and The Hive content.
- Prepare project flyers and manage distribution.
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries and 1800 phone calls.
- Maintain correspondence trackers and stakeholder databases.
- Assist with stakeholder meetings alongside Program Engagement Officers.

- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Confidence in engaging with stakeholders on low-risk matters.
- A proactive, team-focused approach.
