We are currently seeking a motivated AO3/1 Maintenance Support Officer to join a well-regarded State Government department based in Toowoomba. This is an exciting opportunity offering an immediate start through to 30 June 2026, with potential for extension.

Position Overview:
- Provide high-quality call centre support, handling inbound enquiries and assisting customers in a professional and efficient manner.
- Undertake administrative duties including data entry, document management, and general office support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain service standards, workflows, and processes.
- No direct reports; however, the role requires strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively support colleagues and management.
Highly Desirable Skills:
- Previous call centre experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a large team.
- Strong data entry and general computer skills, including familiarity with standard office software.
