Our client, a State Government department, is delivering one of Queensland’s largest rail infrastructure programs, transforming how communities travel across the region. As part of this program, the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail project will deliver new stations, level crossing removals, active travel pathways, and major upgrades to support the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
We are seeking an experienced Advisor (Document Control) to join the Project Controls team. You will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all project documentation, working closely with stakeholders across the program.
Key responsibilities:

- Maintain and coordinate project document control systems (InEight/TeamBinder, SharePoint, Content Manager)
- Ensure compliance with document management plans, contractual requirements, and record-keeping policies
- Facilitate review/approval workflows, training sessions, and quality checks
- Support process improvements and provide guidance to project team members
- 5–10+ years’ document control experience on major projects
- Proficient in InEight Document (TeamBinder)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage high volumes in a fast-paced environment
