About the role
The Department of Australian Financial Security Authority AFSA Service Centre (ASC) are looking for client-centric customer service professionals to work in the centralised hub to action the incoming emails and phone calls from internal and external stakeholders and clients yielding requests around bankruptcy administration and debt agreements. 

To be successful in this role, you will have desirable experience operating with sensitivity to aid individuals navigating extenuating circumstances. Integrity and attention to detail are paramount to perform in this role, while adaptability and resilience are also necessary. Successful applicants will also strive to achieve both individual key performance indicators and collective team objectives. 

Duties
  • Respond promptly to client enquiries through our service delivery channels and ensure the provision of accurate and timely information.
  • You will assess client applications and process documents in alignment with relevant policies and guidelines and will work with professionalism to meet client needs, aiming for first-contact resolution while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Shortlisted candidates may be invited to complete testing prior to being invited to an interview. The assessment used is called Emotify and is an ability-based measure of emotional intelligence that assesses your ability to accurately perceive and understand emotions. It features two engaging, interactive assessments which together take about 20 minutes to complete.
